Structural Features:
• The valve body adopts WB36 (15NiCuMoNb5) integral forged steel structure.
• The valve spool adopts multi-layer cage decompression structure, which disperses the single high-energy fluid into multiple small-energy fluids and reduces the speed and noise.
• Flow-open design, the sealing surface is far away from the decompression zone,effectively protect the seal.

 

C. Water Supply Pressure Holding Valve 

 

 

Introduction:
The holding valve is a special purpose pressure regulating valve. If the boiler is operated at a low load (rated flow rate of 30% to 50%), a certain pressure difference will be established, which will satisfy the required pressure of the desuperheating water. When the boiler is at full load, the valve is fully open, at which time the valve pressure drop is ≤0.01MPa; when it drops to 65% of the rated load, the operator closes the valve and, by throttling, establishes a certain pressure difference, which allows the desuperheating water to get the required pressure head.

 

 

Outline and internal structure:
1、Valve body adopts forging welding structure with good strength;
2、The center cavity adopts self-tight sealing structure, and the seal can be built;
3、Valve flap and valve stem are connected by "T"-shaped groove;
4、Valve plate adopts stainless steel for quenching treatment.

 

Valve plate adopts orifice type:
a.    Adopting martensitic stainless steel;
b.    Vacuum quenching treatment;

Boiler Continuous Discharge Regulating Valve

 

 

 

Structural Features:
• The valve body and bonnet are of forged construction, and the valve body is of angular type.
• The valve body and bonnet are connected by center flange, which is easy to install and disassemble for maintenance.

 

 

Structural Features:
The valve stem and seat sealing surfaces are surfaced with STL 6# cemented carbide, with high HRC hardness and long service life.

 

 

Structural Features:
The outlet end is lined with stainless steel liner pipe, which is specially set for the characteristics of the valve outlet for two-phase flow, resistant to flash and sc souring.
